Please submit a witness slip in opposition of HR 1025 which calls for a progressive income tax in Illinois. HR 1025 is the Bill which is being sponsored by Mike Madigan and WILL result in the enormous increase of our already overburdening income taxes and is going to be heard tomorrow, May 2nd!
