Annie Jr. – The Smash Hit in District 81!

kboryszewski's avatarDistrict 81 Superintendent

This week the many students from Washington School who are involved in the outstanding production of “Annie Jr.” have been delighting our whole district! The hard work of ALL who are involved in making this musical come to life is evident in the quality of the production, and by the reaction of the audience.  It was great to be surrounded by so many smiles and so much laughter as the players acted out their parts so perfectly for us.  I saw so much talent and joy on stage, and I am ever grateful that these students reside in a school district that supports their interests and talents.  These pictures don’t come close to capturing the remarkable acting, singing, dancing, and comedic timing that I saw during the musical, but I couldn’t resist sharing some of my favorites.
